How to return the item?

Please contact our after-sales service support experts before taking any action.
Strictly avoid returning items without prior coordination with our after-sales service.
For shipping, the item must be properly packed in its original box or carton, including all accessories and accompanying items such as cables, remotes, batteries, manuals, warranty cards, insurance cards, straps, and packaging components.
Labeling, writing notes, addresses, or any other marks on the original box or carton, as well as tearing or defacing it, will void the return guarantee. (If necessary, write your notes on the back of the invoice or a separate piece of paper.)
If returning via Registered Post, take a photo of the postal receipt and send it to the after-sales service number.

If you reside in other cities, please use “Registered Post – Cash on Delivery” to return the item. If this service is unavailable in your city, send us a photo of the postal receipt.
