After-Sales Service

What should I do if the delivered item differs from my order or what I saw on the site, or if it has a technical defect or damage?

Answer: Rest assured that we make every effort to send the requested item correctly; however, should this occur, please contact our after-sales service immediately (via phone or by sending a message through the Contact Us page).

Technical defects in the purchased item

Since customers sometimes need more time to test the purchased product, a 24-hour technical testing period is provided after delivery.

Please pay attention to the following points to use this service:

To make the best use of this service, any technical issues or defects must be reported to after-sales support within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the product, via the Iron Fit contact number or by sending an email through the “Contact Us” section.

After-sales service experts will inspect and verify the issues reported by the customer. If the technical defect is confirmed by the experts, the product will be repaired.

This service does not cover technical defects resulting from the user’s improper use of the product.

Discrepancy between the purchased product and the website information

In cases where the specifications of the received item, such as the model, differ from the registered order, please note the following points:

In such cases, the possibility of exchanging or returning the product exists only if visual and physical discrepancies (such as color), which are visible without using the item, are reported to the Iron Fit after-sales service department within a maximum of 24 working hours after delivery; furthermore, the product must be in its original condition and must not have been used.

In the case of technical discrepancies, the possibility of exchanging or returning the product exists only if the discrepancy is reported to Iron Fit within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the item, and the product remains in its original condition and has not been used.

If the discrepancy can be identified without opening the packaging, the customer’s request can only be processed if the product has not been removed from its original state or its primary packaging.

To return an item with a discrepancy, the product must be properly packaged, and all accessories and the invoice must be included; otherwise, no action will be taken by us until these requirements are met.

Physical damage caused by transportation

Given the secure and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to any reputable transportation company selected by the user and the issuance of a waybill means that any incident occurring during transit and delivery is the responsibility of the transportation company.

Any damage caused by transportation must be reported to Iron Fit after-sales service within 24 working hours of delivery. The damaged product, along with all accessories and attachments in the exact condition received, must be sent to after-sales service accompanied by the carrier’s official report and the invoice.

If transportation damage is visible at the moment of delivery, or if the product packaging was damaged during transit, you may refuse to accept the shipment.

Delivery Time:

Once the order is finalized by the buyer, the sales department experts will announce the exact delivery date based on the orders in the waiting queue.

Warranty Conditions:

The warranty for the machines includes 10 years for the frame, 3 years for the plates, weights, and shafts, and 1 year for the accessories and seats.

Delivery Location:

The company is committed to delivering the goods listed in the proforma invoice to the buyer at the factory address located in Hamadan, Technology Park, Second Boulevard.
